Roses are Red...

...except when I'm in charge of keeping them alive!  Hubby went away for a few weeks last month, and I nearly killed his rose plants (no buena!).  Now that he has nursed them back to health, we are going to repot them so they have more room to flourish than the containers that they came in.

For this project I used four terra cotta pots, potting soil, a spoon (I don't have a trowel or any gardening stuff!), and some water.

First I broke up the roots so the plants would breathe a little better, and then put them into their new home.

They look so sharp in their new pots!

He also planted some new rose bushes in our front flower bed which are doing beautifully so far!
