Another delicious recipe I found on the Nanny Goat blog! Yummy!
Here's What You Need:
1 Package of Brown Gravy Mix1 Cup Water
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
3/4 lb Flank Steak cut into thin strips
2 Cups frozen vegetables
Cooked Rice/Asian Noodles
So.. About that:
- I think the original recipe said frozen broccoli.. but they sell this yummy asian mix that has broccoli, carrots, mini corns and pea pods in it.
- This was my first time making Asian Noodles, and I also recommend them too!
Here's What You Do:
Mix the gravy mix, water and black pepper together in a medium bowl and set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add the beef and cooke for 3-4 minutes.
Stir in Vegetbles and Gravy and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Serve over cooked rice or asian noodles.
